JK Motorsports ships all of its products via FedEx/UPS/USPS or even Transportation trucking lines(BEST WAY). Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days unless otherwise notified. You must provide us with a physical address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays incurred after departure from our side.
JK Motorsports will not ship to an address other than the billing address, unless payment was made via western union. Otherwise, if your billing and shipping address do not match, your order will be declined.
All of our wheels and tires are covered by the manufacturers standard warranties. The basic manufacturer warranty on a wheel or tire covers workmanship and materials. This does not cover road hazards. If the problem was caused by the installer, the car, the driver, something in the road, or being driven on a flat, the product is not covered by the warranty. Any damage done to a product after purchase is not covered by warranty. Any defective products, are covered. If you need to have a wheel replaced under warranty, you can call us for specific warranty info.
All cancelled orders are charged a 10% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part, such as fitment issues. If the cancellation is our fault, you shall be refunded in full.
Returns and Refunds:
If you need to return, exchange, or warranty an item please call (909) 245-1165 and ask for the RMA Manager.
The purchase price at time of sale is final.
All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 10%(of total invoiced order) cancellation fee.
It's the customer's responsibility to report any damages/shortages within 48 hours of receiving the product. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
No returns will be accepted without authorization from JK Motorsports. Once authorization is approved, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number or RMA number. The Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number is valid for 7 days ONLY. After the 7 day time limit, the RMA remains invalid.
The customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item to JK Motorsports unless the product has been damaged during shipping. This policy also applies to warranty returns.
Any shipment received in conditions other than brand new will be charged 50% restocking fee of total amount.
There are absolutely NO returns (once a tire is mounted) for customers who solely purchase wheels.
On Refused Shipments Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to and from the customer's delivery address, in addition a 10% restocking fee.
Absolutely no refund or credit will be issued for defective or damaged merchandise until merchandise is returned and inspected to shipping warehouse located at 640 W Mill St, San Bernardino, CA 92410. Customer is responsible for sending the merchandise back to the above address.
Merchandise returned for refund will be charged $60 handling fee and 25% restocking fee in addition all shipping charges incurred.
We do not accept any new or used merchandise any later than 15 days after the Customer has received the merchandise.
All Warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller (above named company) hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty or merchant ability or fitness for a purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the seller any consequential damages for property , damage for loss of time, loss of profit or income, or any other incidental damages. Aftermarket Wheels being wider will transfer more Road vibration then OEM Wheels. Prior to sell of said merchandise the buyer has been forewarned and this is not a condition for return of merchandise.
